critical acclaim! The premiere proved to be a sparkling event, and
the film has been very well received by audiences worldwide. Of
course our warmest congratulations go to Nicholas
Hooper on his achievement in creating a wonderful score,
and in realising David Yate's and the producers vision for the film.

both been nominated for the Primetime Emmy
Awards 2008 for Outstanding Music Composition (Original Dramatic
Score) for their scores for John Adams and Sense
& Sensibility respectively. Congratulations!

He was awarded a 2008 Ivor Novello award for Best TV Soundtrack
for his score to the BBC's recent Oliver Twist adaptation. Well
done Martin, that's two Ivor Novello awards in two years!

success of The Order Of The Phoenix, Nicholas
Hooper will be scoring the music for the forthcoming Harry
Potter feature film, The Half Blood Prince. The
film once again reunites Nicholas with director David Yates
and is being produced by David Heyman and David Barron.
We are very pleased
to announce that Paul Leonard Morgan,
the incredibly talented composer of scores for the
likes of Spooks and Galapagos,
has recently decided to be represented by Cool Music. We wish him
a very warm welcome, and are looking forward to many successes going

THE DOUBLE! Congratulations to Rob Lane
on being awarded the 2006 Bafta and the Ivor Novello Award for Best
Original TV Music. Both were awarded for his beautiful score to
Elizabeth 1 (Company Pictures/HBO/C4). Rob
also won a 2005 Ivor Novello Award for his score to the hit
BBC drama 'Blackpool' whilst also being nominated for an
Emmy for his score to Charles II in 2004.
Congratulations also to Kevin Sargent for his Ivor Novello Award nomination for his hauntingly evocative score to the BBC's Waste of Shame: "The Mystery of Shakespeare and His Sonnets", and further congratulations to Nicholas Hooper for his BAFTA nomination for his profoundly sensitive score to The Girl In The Cafe (Tightrope Pictures/BBC1).
